Struggles of An 80-Year-Old in Retirement

Struggles of An 80-Year-Old in Retirement
Thoughts of author Prof. Dr. Thomas Fletcher Grooms
The Father of Market Intelligence

Regardless of the country you live, others have control of your life. Government decides how much you get paid, how much they will take from you, what your house cost, what your house is worth, the price of everything, the rules under which you are allowed to invest, the restrictions on making money, what foods you will eat, how much you will pay for food, the price of everything in the marketplace, what school your children can attend, what your children are allowed to learn, and making you responsible and liable for everything you have no control over.

The world will reprice everything and so will the markets. For those of us who are 80-year-old baby-boomers, we have to wonder how we got to this point of our lives with little money. It wasn’t by accident.

It’s the Federal Reserve or the central bank in the country you live is the only institution that can create inflation. It’s the only institution that can make people poor. It’s only institution that can pretend they are also the solution.

The Federal Reserve or the central bank in the country you live is the greatest internal threat to you, your family and your country. The Federal Reserve is privately owned by a few stockholders and the central bank in the country you live is soley protected by government.

We know from economic data analytics 80% of the world population struggle with monthly finances. This is because we bought more than we can afford.

We could blame the government for bad management of our country. They are largely to blame, but not the only one to blame. In actuality, we allowed ourselves to sucked into the scheme of making others rich. When all the time, we should have made ourselves prosperous.

If you are 18 to 80 reading this, you are alive. Probably, more than likely you are in debt. For no other reason on your own or anything you’ve done wrong, that’s the way it is. That’s a fact.

Let’s go back and trace our steps together to better understand how we got here. The habits of credit and debt have followed all of us our entire lifetime. I’m right in there with you.

If you are alive, you are in this money battle for survival. The Federal Reserve is your greatest financial enemy. The Department of Education is the greatest enemy to the education of your children. It’s time we got our act together.

The first mistake we made was contracting for a 30-year mortgage. This kept us working for the Federal Reserve most of our lifetime.

Typically, when we got started in life, we were more than likely told by a real estate agent to buy the most expensive home we could qualify for with a 30-year mortgage for the lowest payments. Our income would eventually support it as a longterm investment and secure our future and retirement.

Next came the purchase of a car with a 3-10-year note of payments to the banks. This gave us a highly depreciating liability, not an asset, and loss of money.

While working, we were guided to put as much money as allowed by law into a retirement account. If not, we were told our money would become worthless.

Many of us were told we were losing money by not investing in the stock market. We weren’t told the stock market is a gambling casino.

Like me and probably many of you bought the three greatest lies to the destruction of our lives. This is why some of us have little money at 80.

The ages of 50-65 is the Dead  Zone. It’s the period of life when we are most likely to be released from work and have an extended period of no job and no income because we’ve become too expensive and a health liability. It’s also the time of our life when it’s the hardest to find another job with the same pay.

During this period, many spend all their life savings hoping to survive until drawing social security. Some of us had to cash out all of our life insurance. Some accumulate medical bills not covered by insurance, default on rent or a mortgage, and end up working for minimum wage during retirement years at a retail store.

This program of direction has worked for over 100-years to control us. It’s the mental conditioning we were all taught in government schools. We were taught to buy a house with a mortgage, buy a car with a note, and save for retirement in the stock market where our investment would eventually diminish, instead of using the money to enjoy life.

Walk-Away
The only solution to recovery is to walk-away from all three lies. If not, we could end up with very little money or assets at 80 in retirement.

Individuals are the only ones who can create deflation, bring prices down, control the central banks, and disrupt the political fiefdom. It all happens with the end of using credit and debt.

Individuals are the only ones who can sanction government, remove those in office by voting against the same good ole boys in office. Individuals are the only ones who can become powerful by not declaring to align with one political party or another. It all happens with being an independent voter and living an independent lifestyle.

If you knew this then, what would you be now …? Maybe own a small home with no debt, own a used car, and have a few dollars in savings.

Either way, which way would you be better off at 80 …?
