Assessment of the Author: The Ukraine In A Global Context
Everyone has an opinion on most everything from solving all the world’s problems to how life should exist. However, this is not always reality or possible under the current condition.
The first thing I want to say is I never say or write anything negative about anyone anywhere in the world, about any country for that matter, or advocate any political position. I leave the politics up to the professional politicians and their bureaucracies.
If you’re looking for hate speech or something irate, this is not it. In fact, you might find this boring and unsolicited. What you will find is an accurate inner assessment of things you don’t know or fully understand because they are not highly publicized.
I conduct my own research in-depth over extended periods of time, never rushed, never hurried. From such findings, I form an opinion based on my findings and write an assessment which is sometimes not necessarily in keeping with the political rhetoric or opinions of others, institutions, and bureaucracies.
As I See It Easing Into Peace in the Ukraine and Taiwan
In a historical reflection of thought, this began post WWII with the fight against socialism and communism lending to today a 1950s foreign policy. You may well wonder why we sent out troops to fight against socialism and communism under the guise of freedom in foreign countries and now embrace it in America.
It all reverts back to the myopia of America and our old arch enemy to destroy Russia since 1917. This type of thinking keeps American Foreign Policy obvious and predictable.
This type of strategic doctrine of America is being fought with boots on the ground in the Ukraine. It is and has always been the war of the CIA Central Intelligence Agency.
The CIA if you’ve noticed has gone dark at this time. They are being hampered from their mission by the Pentagon and politicians in Washington dealing with second hand information and misdirection, thus a flawed foreign policy.
From the thoughts of such notables as Sun Tzu and Carl von Clausewitz, two of history’s utmost greatest military tactical and strategic thinkers, we are reminded simplicity is not always a virtue. Washington may be trapped in singularity myopia regarding the destruction of Russia.
For instance, let’s assume Washington is successful in destroying Russia and the fall of Putin. You might want to think about what may follow.
Of all the heads-of-state this century, no one has shown such intellectual restraint as Vadimir Putin. If he is removed, the collective war powers of Russia may release a nuclear barrage on the Ukraine, Isreal, and Washington.
Russia, China, and Iran no longer fear Washington militarily or economically; thus, the repositing of the China New World Order Alliance (Grooms, 2022, Amazon). We find the new world order led by China, its virtual electronic currency which will eventually vanish all country national debt, become the local currency of choice of many countries, a rapidly expanding military globally, and growing influence as the rising mediator in world affairs.
As I see it, the Ukraine and Taiwan are political distractions and election highlighted headlines for politicians. My assessment is Taiwan in the China Sea belongs to China in keeping with the 1950 promise of Washington there would no interference in the one China unification. (China New World Order Alliance, Grooms, 2022).
You would think at some point Washington would keep its word and honor its commitment to other heads-of-state and countries. The outcome may not always be in our best interest, but it’s no excuse to say something and change it because a few don’t like it leaving us in an unethical and untrustworthy state in our relationships with the rest of the world.
Ukraine Peace Initiative Doctrine
Washington is at war in the Ukraine bringing into the picture NATO and Europe to destroy Russia and all it stands for in regard to the remnants of socialism and communism left over from the cold war which ended in 1989. The Ukraine has a significant place in history and importance to the world.
Ukraine is the largest geographical-size country of Europe and one of three largest breadbaskets capable of feeding the world’s population; thus, its importance to the world. The Nile and the Midwest of America are the other two.
With the historical mission of Washington and cold war mentality, on 20 February 2022 Washington threatened to setup nuclear missile installations in the Ukraine and to make the Ukraine a full member of NATO bordering Russia. The following morning the Ukraine ordered troop preparation for a military incursion into far northeastern Ukraine to displace Russian occupied sectors and purge all of the Ukraine of any Russians.
On that date the entire world changed on that hinge-factor and war broke out on 24 February 2022. Russia sent in their troops into the Ukraine in what Putin thought would be a police action to protect Russians in this secluded area of the Ukraine.
As it turned out, Washington later made sanctions and declarations to destroy Russia its old rival. Since Russia’s involvement in the Ukraine, Russia has shifted the sanctions against the country and its people back West in favor of China which has been nonreversible.
Here we are today, Washington is not going to stop the war without political headlines it has defeated Russia. On the other hand, Russia is not going to end the war unless Russia can show the war was not for nothing and have achieved concessions.
It is my opinion; Russia should be ceded all of eastern Ukraine up to the demarcation of the Dnieper River. This would provide a reasonable concession and a little larger buffer between NATO and Europe.
In turn, this would allow Europe and NATO to monitor all geography west of the Dnieper River as their buffer to Russia. The Ukraine may continue to exist as a country or be reclassified only as a neutral zone of peace.
Washington could give vetted Ukrainians and Taiwanese sanctuary and grant immigrant status to enter our immigration entry facilities for processing and become Americans. Then leave the work of the Ukraine and Taiwan to the CIA where it belongs in monitoring.
This would include the closing of all FBI stations throughout the world returning back to their charter mission with jurisdiction only inside America. The skewing of agency mission under law should have never been permitted.
In my assessment the Ukraine war need not continue any longer as promised this year in Washington. It may serve America’s interest best to forego the Ukraine and Taiwan and focus on Latin and South America where we are experiencing an incredible buildup of Confucius schools, foreign troops, military bases, and sea ports.
Under the legal umbrella of the Monroe Doctrine, when exercising America’s treaty obligation, our entire western hemisphere would experience greater security if an American military base was located in every Latin and South American country. These countries though sovereign, would remain in independent government rule.
In my estimation, this would bring about a stable security for the first time since 1850 a peace in world affairs. We could all use a break.
The reason for such a recommendation is the ensuing encroachment of foreign powers to which none of the Latin and South American countries are capable of defending against in a major war. We can fight there or we can fight here.
We cannot fight our real enemies unless we are willing to say who they are publically. We need the will to fight again.
No foreign policy or respect of a country is found in the headlines of the news. It is done quietly behind closed doors by the professional bureaucrats.
